SKATR Terms of Service
What SKATR is
SKATR is a training tool for figure skaters, currently in early development (alpha). It analyzes your skating videos and helps you plan and track training.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of what you provide. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must approve your use of SKATR.
Your content
Your videos and feedback remain yours. By uploading, you give SKATR permission to store, process, and use them to provide the service and to improve SKATR's analysis, as described in the app's consent screen and our Privacy Policy. Delete your account and this permission ends, and your data is removed.
Alpha software, honestly
SKATR is in active testing. Analysis can be wrong, features may change or break, and the service may be interrupted. SKATR's measurements are training feedback, not official judging, and they should never replace a coach's guidance or your own judgment about safety on the ice.
Safety
Skating involves risk. You, and your guardian if applicable, are responsible for training safely. SKATR is not liable for injuries or losses arising from your training decisions.
Acceptable use
Upload only your own skating, or skating you have permission to share. No unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as SKATR evolves and will note meaningful changes in the app. Questions: hello@skatr.app
